Shipping Policy
NKN.ES ships to SPAIN (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), PORTUGAL (excluding the Azores and Madeira), ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, GERMANY, IRELAND, ITALY, THE NETHERLANDS, and POLAND. For all other countries, please contact info@nkn.es.
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days (Spain and Portugal) or 4-7 business days* (rest of the world), excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during special periods such as sales or promotions, delivery times may be delayed by up to 4 days.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods for orders are VISA/MASTERCARD credit and debit cards, Bizum, PayPal, and Klarna (domestic only).
Payments are processed through a secure platform that requires a verification code, which the cardholder will receive via SMS.
We will never store or use your bank account details.
Use of Coupons/Discounts
Discount or promotional codes can only be used on New Collection items, never on sale items, such as those on sale or special promotions.
Only one discount code can be used per order.
