To join THE CLUB, you must register as a customer at www.nkn.es and have an active subscription to our newsletter. Should your newsletter subscription be found inactive, you will lose your membership status.

No; it is not mandatory to follow us on our social media to be part of THE CLUB, however, if you do, we reward you with 25 extra points.
The profiles you can follow to get 25 extra points for following each one are:
- Instagram @nknnekane
- Instagram @nudbynekane
- TikTok @nknnekane
Please note that if it is verified that you have unfollowed us on any of the profiles, the respective extra points you earned for that follow action may be deducted.

You will access a higher level when you have accumulated in your THE CLUB Wallet or virtual wallet at least the minimum number of points we have set for each of the 3 levels:
CLASSIC: 0 points
ELITE: 751 points
AMBASSADOR: 1201 points

For every Euro (€1) spent on products in our online store, you earn 1 point, which will be accumulated in your Wallet or virtual purse in THE CLUB. And the points do not expire.
The shipping cost does not count as Euros spent on products, therefore, you will not earn points for that amount in any case.

The points you earn on each purchase will be reflected in your Wallet 30 days after the date your order was placed.
If you return part or all of your order, you will not see points in your Wallet for the value of the returned products, as you will receive a refund for their amount.
The points you earn for carrying out specific actions, such as following us on a social media profile, will be reflected in your Wallet on the same day.

You can redeem points at any of the 3 levels. To redeem, you must choose this option in your member area and they will be exchanged for a discount.
The discount is generated as a voucher with a value that you can use in our online store www.nkn.es to deduct it from the total amount of your order.
Please also keep these specifications in mind before deciding to redeem your points:
- Points will be deducted from your Wallet immediately after you have selected the point redemption option.
- Once the discount voucher has been generated, the points will be considered spent for all purposes. This means that even if you do not eventually use that voucher, the points will not return to your Wallet.
- The generated voucher has a code that corresponds to the specific discount. You can save that code to use it later or click on the button you will see to apply it immediately to your shopping cart.

The maximum number of points you can redeem in a single order is 10 points, which is 10 Euros. Also, the cart amount must be at least 100 Euros to apply the redemption.

Yes, discount vouchers obtained by redeeming your points are valid for 6 months from the date of generation. After this date, you will no longer be able to use them.
