Conditions for withdrawal
According to EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order, provided it does not include defects or incorrectly shipped products (in such cases, you must initiate a return process). Your withdrawal request will only be processed if the information provided in each field of the form above is correct and matches an existing order in our system. Please note that if you choose to withdraw from your order, you must send the package back to us at your own expense and email us (shoponline@nkn.es) all tracking information once you obtain it. Likewise, you will not receive a refund for your order until we receive your shipment and have checked its contents.
