You can receive it at any private address and the GLS company will be in charge of delivering it to you.
The country of shipment and country of purchase must be the same.
Shipping to SPAIN (except Ceuta and Melilla), PORTUGAL (except Azores-Madeira), GERMANY, ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, ITALY, FRANCE, IRELAND, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, UNITED KINGDOM and USA.
SHIPPING COSTS
SALES OR PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
During sales periods or special promotions, delivery times may be extended by up to 4 extra days beyond the usual timeframe.

They will always be the customer's responsibility.
GIFT CARDS
NKN Gift Cards are digital and, therefore, are only sent by email.
No discounts can be applied to the purchase of this product. Returns are not accepted for any reason.
This is a digital card that can only be used on our official website www.nkn.es.
USE OF COUPONS/DISCOUNTS
These types of promotions or discounts can be used on new collection items, not on products on sale as part of a sale period or special promotions.
You also cannot use more than one discount per order.
CHANGES
We do not accept exchanges on any of our products.
For SIZE EXCHANGES, the process is to request a return of the incorrect size ( Start return process ) and then place a new online order with the correct size.

RETURN DEADLINE
You have 30 DAYS from the delivery date of your order to return it. For this purpose, the product must be in perfect condition, show no signs of use, and preferably be in its original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
We do not accept returns on accessories and jewelry for hygiene reasons. And we do not accept returns on Gift Cards under any circumstances.
COST OF RETURN
The return shipping cost for Spain is €4.95, for the UK and USA it is €16, and for the rest of the world it is €7.95.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
We do not accept returns through means other than NKN.
We reserve the right to refuse returns requested or sent outside the deadline and/or by means other than those indicated by NKN.
