SHIPPING


· Where can I receive my orders?

You can receive it at any home address, and GLS will be responsible for delivering it to you.
The country of shipment and purchase must be the same.

Shipping to SPAIN (except Ceuta and Melilla), PORTUGAL (except Azores-Madeira), GERMANY, ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, IRELAND, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, UNITED KINGDOM AND USA.

 

· What are the shipping costs?

During sales/special promotions , delivery times may be extended by up to 4 days over the usual timeframe.


CUSTOMS EXPENSES

They will always be the responsibility of the client.


GIFT CARDS

No discounts can be applied to the purchase of this product.

This is a digital card that can only be used on our website.


USE OF COUPONS/DISCOUNTS 

These types of promotions or discounts may be used on new collection items, not on products on sale during sales periods or special promotions .

More than one discount may not be used per order.

 


CHANGES


We do not accept exchanges on any of our products.

For SIZE CHANGES, the process is to request a return for the incorrect size ( Start return process ) and then place a new online order with the correct size.



RETURNS

 

You have a 30-day return period from the delivery date of your order. To return your order, the product must be in perfect condition with no signs of use, and preferably in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns on accessories and jewelry for hygiene reasons.

- The return cost for Spain is €4.95, for the United Kingdom and the United States €16, and for the rest of the countries €7.95.

- We do not accept returns through means other than NKN.

- We reserve the right to reject returns requested or sent outside the deadline and/or by means other than those indicated by NKN.
