To be part of THE CLUB, you must register as a customer at www.nkn.es and have an active subscription to our newsletter. If it is verified that you have unsubscribed from the newsletter, you will lose your membership status.

No; to be part of THE CLUB it is not mandatory to follow us on our social networks, however, if you do, we will reward you with 25 extra points.
The profiles you can follow to get the extra points are: Instagram @nknnekane, Instagram @nudbynekane and TikTok @nknnekane.
Please note that, if it is verified that you have unfollowed us on any of the profiles, the respective extra points you earned for that follow action may be deducted.

You will access a higher level when you have accumulated in your THE CLUB Wallet, at least, the minimum number of points we have set for each of the 3 levels:
CLASSIC: 0 points
ELITE: 751 points
AMBASSADOR: 1201 points

For every Euro (€1) spent on products in our online store, you earn 1 point, which will be added to your Wallet or virtual wallet at THE CLUB. And points do not expire.
Shipping costs do not count as Euros spent on products, so you will not earn points for that amount under any circumstances.

The points you earn on each purchase will be reflected in your Wallet 30 days after the date your order was placed.
If you return part or all of your order, you will not see points in your Wallet for the value of those returned products, as you will receive a refund for their amount.
The points you earn for performing specific actions, such as following us on a social media profile, will be reflected in your Wallet on the same day.

You can redeem points at any of the 3 levels. To redeem, select this option in your member area, and the points will be exchanged for a discount.
The discount is generated as a voucher with a value that you can use in our online store www.nkn.es to subtract it from the total amount of your order.
Please also keep these specifications in mind before deciding to redeem your points:
- Points will be deducted from your Wallet immediately after you select the point redemption option.
- Once the discount voucher has been generated, the points will be considered spent for all purposes. This means that even if you do not use the voucher, the points will not be returned to your Wallet.
- The generated voucher has a code that corresponds to the specific discount. You can save this code to use later or click the button you will see to apply it to your shopping cart at that moment.

The maximum number of points you can redeem in a single order is 10 points; that is, 10 Euros. And, the cart value must be at least 100 Euros to apply the redemption.

Yes, discount vouchers obtained by redeeming your points are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After that date, they can no longer be used.
