DELIVERIES


· Where can I receive my order?

Your order can be shipped to any address and the company GLS will deliver it to you.
The country of purchase and shipment must be the same.

Currently, we are delivering to SPAIN (except Ceuta and Melilla), PORTUGAL (except Azores-Madeira), AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, IRELAND, ITALY, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, UK and USA.


· What are the shipping costs?


During special periods such as sales or special promotions, delivery times can be delayed up to 4 extra business days over the usual deadline. 


CUSTOMS FEES

These will always be the customer's responsibility.


GIFT CARDS

No discount can be applied to purchase this product. 
It's a digital gift card which can only be used on our website.


USE OF COUPONS/DISCOUNTS

These types of promotions or discounts may be used on new collection garments, not on items on sale or special promotions.
You can apply one discount per order.

 

EXCHANGES


We do not accept exchanges on any of our products.

For SIZE EXCHANGES, the process is to request a return of the incorrect size (Start return process) and then place a new online order with the correct size.



RETURNS


The deadline for returns and exchanges is 30 days from the day of shipment of your order. The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and with the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of accessories and jewelry for hygiene reasons.

The cost of the return for Spain is 4,95€, for the United Kingdom and the United States 16€ and for the rest of the countries 7,95€.
