• What happens if I want a size that is not available? Do you replace the clothes?

We are slow fashion brand. We avoid overproduction, thus reducing excess stock, complying with our commitment to the environment. 0 stock = 0 residue.

We have the option to "Notify me when this item is back in stock" in case a size returns.

• How can I manage a size exchange?

We do not exchange products. If you need a SIZE EXCHANGE, you must return your item in the wrong size (start return) and then place a new online order with the correct size.

• How can I return an order?

Returns are accepted within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.

• What is the cost of returns?

The cost of the return for Spain is 4,95€, for the United Kingdom and the United States 16€ and for the rest of the countries 7,95€. These amounts may be subject to slight variations.

• Can I return any product?

For hygiene reasons, accessories or jewelry cannot be returned.

• Which transportation company do you work with?

Our transport company is GLS. Returns made with another company are not accepted.

• How can I use the 10% discount on my first order?
